Rudders at Home

And the title says it all. It’s the night before Egypt, and we’re ready to go. Just getting the final bits together – sorting out the taxi for tomorrow morning, getting the backpacks filled up, and making sure all the electronics are charged. What else, what else?

THe bags are all packed and ready to go. The cab’s coming early tomorrow morning. Such a luxury, but we need to be to the airport between 7 and 8, and neither one of us can really be bothered with the trains that early. Too many factors to go wrong there!

I’m really looking forward to this holiday. I haven’t written about it too much here, but now that it’s imminent it’s a different story. It’s almost like it wasn’t real. But it is, and tomorrow I’ll be in Africa! Can’t believe it! We’re staying at a pretty nice place – the Jolie-Movenpick – should be pretty good.
