Tassies
Even though I had a million other things to do to get ready for our trip to Scotland, I spent the better part of the day before baking. I thought I would share with you a picture of some of the fruits of my labor.

These are pumpkin sour cream and brownie tassies. Now that I’m back down South from up North, I can say that they went down really well. I also made chocolate chip cookies, pumpkin cookies, ginger snaps and oatmeal macaroons. It truly was Christmas cookie heaven in our house!
